Course curriculum

I created this course as a way for families to come together and learn how to use breathing exercises, mindfulness and meditation. Appropriate for all ages. With a little adult guidance, even younger kids can participate and benefit. Short on time or attention? Try viewing the course in three separate, short sessions: Day 1, breathing. Day 2, mindfulness. Day 3, meditation.
